I've did my final exams and got 82% for my pratical. It was the greatest cooking experience i've ever had. We had 4 hours to prepare a starter which was a mystery basket, main and desert. For my starter I made a salad with springbok cappacio, main - Kingclip fish, vichy carrots, patato dish with bechamel sauce. Desert - delicious chocolate mouse with mint and other suprizes....
